Terms & conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These terms and conditions apply to your use of goladtech.com and to courses and services you request from Golad Technologies Limited ("Golad", "we", "us"). By using this website, submitting a form, or applying for a course, you agree to these terms. Please also read our privacy policy and cookie policy.

1. About us

Golad Technologies Limited is a technology consulting and training company with its head office in Swindon, England, and offices in Lagos, Nigeria and Atlanta, Georgia (USA). You can contact us at contact@goladtech.com or +44 7707 955805.

2. Using this website

  • You may use this website for lawful purposes only, and you must not attempt to interfere with its operation, security or availability.
  • The content on this website is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice and does not constitute professional advice for your specific situation.
  • All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials and curricula — belongs to Golad Technologies Limited or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.
  • Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

3. Golad Academy courses

  • Applications. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. An advisor reviews each application and may contact you before making an offer.
  • Offers and fees. When we offer you a place, we confirm the course, cohort start date and the fee. Your place is confirmed when the fee is paid, or when an employer or sponsor confirms payment. Course prices are shown on each programme page (currently £99 per programme).
  • Cohort dates. Cohorts start on the dates shown on the website. If we need to change a start date or the delivery schedule, we will tell you as early as possible and offer you a place on an alternative date or a full refund.
  • Your right to cancel. If you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of your place being confirmed and receive a full refund. If you ask to start the course within that period and then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the part of the course already delivered.
  • Deferrals. You may ask to move to a later cohort. We will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
  • Conduct. Learners are expected to treat instructors and fellow learners with respect. We may remove a learner from a class or programme for abusive, discriminatory or disruptive behaviour, or for academic dishonesty.
  • Course materials are for your personal learning only and must not be shared, resold or published.
  • Certificates are issued to learners who complete the programme requirements.

4. GADLE

Enrolled students access lessons, recordings and assignments on GADLE, our learning platform. GADLE has its own terms of use and privacy notice, which apply when you use it.

5. Consultancy and business services

Consultancy, development, testing and other business services are provided under a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, timeline, fees and responsibilities. If there is any conflict between that agreement and these terms, the agreement applies. A free consultation does not create any obligation for either party.

6. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data arising from your use of this website. If you are a consumer, you also have statutory rights that these terms do not affect.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you use the website, or at the time your course place is confirmed, applies.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
